Inspirations
The Best Wines Tasting-Had an epic tasting with a couple of friends including Alder Yarrow from Vinography.com , wine collectors, and grape growers like the Hyde family. The theme was "best wines". The inspirational wines were, in no particular order, 1995 Domaine de la Romanee-Conti St. Vivant , 1988 Chateau de Beaucastel, and 1982 Chateau Beychevelle.
