Current Winemaking Activity: Bottling

As I've mentioned, I regularly David Coffaro's Winemaking Journal. Today, his entry today explains that he is busy bottling his 2001 Wines.
When I visited his Home Page this morning, I saw this picture on his webcam:

Most winemakers, including Tom Leaf from Grape Leaf Cellars, are scheduling bottling sessions for the next couple of months. Everyone needs to make space before this year's harvest.
In August, I plan on bottling my two commercial wines:

• 2001 Eno: Zinfandel- Damas Vineyard (Amador)


• 2001 Eno: Zinfandel- Teldeschi Vineyard (Dry Creek)

Before I release them publicly, I will create a product detail pages.
