Vineyard Update 1: Fairview Ranch Vineyard Pinot Noir

My Santa Lucia Pinot Noir grower, Kirk Williams, called me with a weekly update on the numbers. These numbers were taken around 10 am.

This afternoon, Kirk dropped the green clusters (second crop), so the vines could focus all their energy on producing the best flavors for the primary clusters. He mentioned it showered for 2 mins on Wednesday; Got about .04" rain. Grapes under the canopy were shielded. By 2pm, the wind and sun had dried everything up.
