Eno Wines & Harrington Wine are seeking Harvest Intern(s). This is a great opportunity to work at our small urban winery in North Berkeley. We are looking for an intern who will start end of August through mid- November.

Perfect for someone in the restaurant business who wants to learn more about winemaking,

You will assist two boutique wineries (one specializing in Pinot Noir, the other in Pinot, Zinfandel, Grenache, and Syrah) making 800 cases each. You will have direct access to both winemakers, learn about producing great wines from world class vineyards in the Napa, Dry Creek, Russian River, Santa Lucia Highlands, and Mendocino, and be involved in all aspects of harvest. This is an excellent learning opportunity in a quality oriented, small-winery setting.

Qualifications:
* Have one previous harvest of cellar operations or winemaking experience or works in food and wine business.
* Able to lift 50 lbs
* Willing to work long-flexible hours
* Has forklift experience (preferred)
* Obsessed with attention to detail
* Is computer literate
* Has valid drivers license and willing to drive flat bed trucks

Work will include processing grape samples, delivering grapes, crushing/destemming, monitoring fermentations, record keeping, punchdowns, juice and wine racking, and barrel work.

We'll get rolling in late August, harvest will commence in September, and finish sometime in November.
